Join the fashion start-up 1/OFF and be part of the launch! 1/Off is a fashion label rooted in the upcycle movement particular to now. We believe sustainability is the new standard, but want to move on by creating fun and disruptive designs that connect the past with the future, the fun with the formal, the gutter with the catwalk. 1/Off celebrates the legacy of grand designers. Each of our creations is made from garments from high-end houses and sport brands. We put the pieces together in a brand new design. We make sure the story continues. The HQ of our brand is based in Amsterdam and design in Paris. The designer is a member of La Fédération de la Haute Couture and is known for her Haute Couture brand: Xuan-Paris.
About the job
Ecommerce ➔ Coordinate and assist in the product life cycle from shooting, copywriting, uploading products to the site, adding the imagery, writing descriptions and learn about SEO tagging ➔ Maintain and carry out merchandising calendar/schedule - updating homepage imagery, products in categories etc ➔ Plan, coordinate content creation and send out newsletters aligned with merchandising calendar ➔ Learn how to generate monthly reports on ecommerce sales, how to analyze category performance and making inventory recommendations ➔ Be responsible for the oversight of order fulfillment, returns, ensuring excellent customer service and experience ➔ Respond to customer service inquiries Marketing ➔ Help build the social media channels ➔ Coordinate and own the social media marketing calendar ➔ Send out newsletters aligned with merchandise and marketing calendar ➔ Overall support of general manager in all marketing activities and content productions
Dit is wie je bent
- A true digital native
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Studies; Marketing, Communications, Economics, Sales or related field.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, problem solver, works well with a small team but is also independent.
- Good communicator.
- Experience in the Fashion industry and Social Media is a plus.
- Understanding of web analytics platforms is a plus (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Working knowledge preferred of Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop;

Starte date: As soon as possible and with a length of min 3 months. We offer a compensation of €250 per month for a not graduated intern. Already graduated? Fee is negotiable. This internship can lead to a paid job as we are looking for people to hire for various roles. We promise a remarkable journey with lots of fun and an important role in the start of a new unique concept within the fashion industry.
