About the job
- Internal and external production scheduling
- Client correspondence
- Handle talent & client contracts
- Project budgeting and invoicing
- Handle licensing deals with major labels
- Talent budgeting, booking and contracts (musicians, freelancers, Voice over, etc)
- Attend to PPMs, calls and write up briefs

- Project management & organizational skills

- You feel at home in a dynamic and relatively new office environment
- Affinity with the media industry and in particular with advertising
- Fluent Dutch and English
