About the job
For our Head Office in Badhoevedorp, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen our growing team and elevate our brands to a higher level.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing our marketing strategies, expanding our market share, and promoting our brands across various platforms. You will oversee ARMA’s and STUDIO AR’s digital and creative team. The responsibility includes strategizing, implementing, executing profitable campaigns and ensuring a strong position on b2b and b2c sales channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for ARMA and STUDIO AR.
- Manage all marketing channels and activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, PR, and events.
- Collaborate with our digital agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
- Develop and report on full funnel strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to inform and improve digital marketing strategies and analyze market and consumer trends to deploy marketing strategies as effectively as possible.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the brand identity and values are consistently and clearly communicated.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, including tracking expenses and ROI.

- An education on HBO level.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to guide decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills flexible & committed.
- Advanced knowledge in leading creative and effective marketing campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing and quickly changing environment; a solution-minded, innovative, and creative mindset is essential.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in the fashion industry and the ability to translate these into effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and inspire a team.
