After over 12 years of organic evolution as a brand and a company, we’re at the point where the Bibi van der Velden-name is well established in the international niche fine jewellery market. Currently we are rebranding Bibi van der Velden with a German Boutique agency: an opportunity to elevate the brand’s foundation to a new level. By rebuilding our website as our new global virtual home, and the platform on which our brand evolves further we want to make the label ready for further expansion into new markets and becoming a brand with a bigger, lasting impact in the next decade.
About the job
• Shape and manage all marketing strategies and activities • Further improving the brand’s position driving global awareness • Develop and guide campaigns through both on- and offline channels • Tap into deep understandings per target audience improving user experience and considering all aspects of communication • Improve and execute marketing work- flows • Detail out PR plan and manage PR agents • Manage brand collaborations and creative partnerships

- Creative and experimental mindset
- Minimal 5 years relevant brand building experience
- Mastering different channels both on- and offline
- Ability to translate sales targets into a marketing plan and execute
- Luxury understanding with a special interest in fine jewellery/fashion/art
