About the job
Here’s what we’ll do together: We have a really nice opening for someone who just graduated college or Uni and wants to kickstart their career in fashion! In this role you’ll work at our global HQ in Amsterdam, where you’ll support the footwear team by organizing, planning and implementing the right strategy. You organize and coordinate meetings, and follow up with precise directives to all departments. You’re the go-to person for all retail-related questions. As you plan and communicate timelines with manufacturing partners, you know how to build and maintain strong relationships. As FTW Operations Coordinator you monitor and check the seasonal development process and ensure that deadlines are met. Just imagine – As our new footwear operations coordinator, you support the Footwear team in coordinating the go-to-market process, and ensuring that the seasonal FTW collections are coherent with the G-Star global brand strategy and business targets. You do this by coordinating marketing (online and offline) with relevant departments and preparing Step meetings, Sales Meetings and further relevant business meetings. Next to that, you assist the manager in updating and developing the footwear division in the PLM system. We are looking for a go getter who always remains structured yet flexible in a hectic environment.
