Since our founding in 2012 we have situated ourselves at the forefront of machine learning and artificial-intelligence-based innovations with a focus on the financial sector. Our international team is comprised of driven data scientists, engineers, designers and some good old fashioned business hustlers. We take pride in being chosen and trusted by clients such as Adyen, Fitch Ratings, Deutsche Bank, Philips, Deloitte, and KPMG.

About the job

  • Participate in the monthly- and quarterly board meetings where you’ll create the meeting deck and minutes
  • Update financial models for reporting & controlling purposes
  • Keep track of reporting metrics
  • Drive the HR process of recruitment, on-boarding and training of team-members
  • Manage external relations with peers and recruiters
  • Facilitate meetings and documentation for clients and external stakeholders
  • Plan and book business trips and meetings
  • Organise in-house or off-site activities like parties, meetups and conferences
  • Manage all facilities in the office, from organising cleaners to weekly ordering supplies.

You are proactive, pragmatic & a fast learner that needs little words to understand the situation. You enjoy working on analytical challenges and can express your findings seamlessly in Excel and Powerpoint. You are available for 32-40 hours a week. On top of that you have:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good feeling for people
  • Ability to manage your own schedule
  • Experience in a similar role (plug-and-play skill-set)
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in the English language
  • 3 years working experience

  • Bachelors/HBO level
