PRIDE, NO EGO Launched in 2014 in London, with its headquarter in Amsterdam and operations in Paris and Tokyo, RE-UP is an integrated agency with a unique skillset in cultural trends, social media, content production and brand strategy. RE-UP handles global projects in the luxury category for its clients. We work closely with brands the likes of Piaget, Hennessy, Kérastase, Lancaster and Adidas. About the job
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As an Art Director, you will be giving the creative impulse to our teams, developing creative campaigns, designing social media content, refining brand identities, creating graphic marketing material and coming up with innovative creative ideas to help their sales. Your job is to make social media content delivered on time while finding the right extra little something to engage our clients' communities. Daily work will involve: · Hands-on management of the creative studio · Developing brand campaigns and carving brand identities · Producing assets for Social Media (IG FB, TW,…), adapting existing content and producing own assets · Creating digital and graphic collaterals (photo and video) · Brainstorming new creative ideas · Creating / suggesting new content ideas · Defend your creative ideas in front of clients WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR A very curious mind - and a resourceful one. A person obsessed with details: you hate when 2 frames in a set of Instagram Stories are not perfectly aligned. A person a bit geek: you love to play with your Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest. You are not a passive user: you crave for the last new feature. Full command of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially to create great motion design and social media content in general. Outstanding implementation skills. A thoughtful approach to executions. Speed of delivery. Meticulous attention to details. Inventive mindset and strong ability to turn ideas into content. Love for brands, advertising, and social media mechanics. Photographic and Video skills are essential. Portfolio work required. As the agency is expanding, we are looking for a talent that can facilitate this growth and grow with us. BONUSES Hand drawing skills. A foreign language. N.B. This is a full-time position.
