MAIN PURPOSE To grow and thrive within the fast-growing Rituals organisation. This is a ‘pole position’ starting role, in which you work with a vibrant range of colleagues and departments. You’ll land in the heart of our Retail operation, where you are responsible for the vital back-end process of keeping our systems synced with unified commerce activities. THE ROLE IN FOUR BULLETS Keep track of commercial activities (e.g., promotions) that involve price changes Program cash registers, so Rituals stores the world over always charge the correct amount to customers Support the information flow to retail coordinators, so everyone is in the know Answer questions from Rituals front-line teams and help them solve any issues that may arise Be actively involved in testing and advise development teams about possible improvements The in-depth version As our Retail App Coordinator you take charge of crucial back-end processes, which ensure all customers pay the exact right price. While the process is relatively straightforward – you keep close tabs on promotional activities and program our systems to accurately reflect price changes – the impact is huge. After all, if you reduce a price by, say, 100 instead of 10%, the error will definitely delight customers, but not our accounts. In this role, you process all promotional requests by Promotion & Activation and Partnerships teams and safeguard that local Retail teams have access to the latest pricing data. To maximise your impact, it’s important you are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes and procedures that affect your programming flow. You report to the Team Lead Retail Master Data & Application and work closely with International Retail Coordinators, Retail development Manager and the Program Manager Commercial Operations. Other stakeholders include the Promotion & Activation and Partnership teams, our local Retail Coordinators, Business Technology, and external partners.
