About the job
Are you the perfect manager to lead a team of 15 ambassadors for our Customer Relations department? You are passionate about wellness, you get energy from providing the best possible service to our customers and you enjoy making people and especially your team happy, then it’s your time to apply for this position as Team Lead (B2C). YOU ARE ALL ABOUT LEADING A TEAM As Team Lead you are responsible for the qualitative (result of customer satisfaction) and quantitative (productivity, presence, turnover, SLA) performance of the team. Next to this, you have a strong character, who makes the connection easily and are creative in finding solutions which are suitable for your team, as well as our customers. This matches you as caring Team Lead. For 40 hours per week, you:
- Make a direct impact on our brand image and the Rituals customer’s experience
- Interact with stakeholers within and outside the company
- Signal potential escalations, handle calls or call-backs when needed
- Make appropriate decisions regarding operational targets in case of any unexpected activities, calamities or changed.

In addition, you are as Team Lead a great listener and all about teamwork. Managing a team of 10 to 20 ambassadors, the above will help you to be a great manager. And on top of it, you have:
- A higher professional education level of work and perception.
- A native level and master the Dutch and English language.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in coaching and developing others, preferably in a customer relation environment.
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, always with the consumer at heart.
- The goal to be the best in class with your profession, you are flexible and enjoy making things better every day.
