About the job
• Responsible for all tasks related to PR, media handling and influencers • Creating local press releases and translating global press releases from English to Dutch • Distributing press releases to members of the press • Coordinating media trips and other campaigns related to media, PR and influencers • Working with the European Regional PR Manager with PR related tasks on a regional level • Maintaining and updating the local distribution lists • Building a good relationship with trade partners for organizing joint activities (eg. with partner airlines and tourism organizations) • Proactively seeking opportunities to engage with media • Developing and maintaining a good network of influencers and journalists • Representing Singapore Airlines during media events, such as trade shows, fairs, etc. • Supporting the e-commerce executive with e-commerce and digital marketing activities directly or indirectly related to PR • Coordinating (print) advertising and B2B communications for the Benelux market • Protecting the Singapore Airlines branding in the Benelux market
Dit is wie je bent
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- A good command of Dutch and English. French is considered a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral
- Good IT skills and familiar with e-commerce
- HTML knowledge is a pre
- Strong sense of judgment, reliability, integrity
- Experience in dealing with media
- High sense of initiative and creativity
- Knowledge of InDesign and/or Photoshop is a pre
- Ability to work under pressure
- Command of Microsoft Office applications
