Brand Activation Manager - Swapfiets
Swapfiets was founded in 2014 by three technical students in Delft, the Netherlands. It is one of those concepts, you wish you would have come up with yourself: for a fixed monthly fee, you get a bicycle. We make sure it will always work. If your bike breaks down, you can call e-mail or Whatsapp us, and we will come to you, wherever you are in your city. This epic service is delivered within a day. In short: never again hassle with your bike. How do we do this? Great service, made simple! The concept seemed to resonate with people. Currently we are a company with more than 1200 colleagues in 4 countries. Together we are working on one common goal; to conquer the world and make Swapfiets great! Meer, meer en nog eens meer blauwe banden in de fietsenrekken! Dat is het doel van onze nieuwe Brand Activation Manager. Nu staat de teller op 135.000 klanten, maar Swapfiets wordt met de dag groter en hier ga jij mede voor zorgen! Samen met de Brand Activation Marketeers in de 4 landen waarin wij momenteel actief zijn (Nederland, België, Duitsland en Denemarken) zorgen jullie ervoor dat de merkstrategie en campagnes die Team Brand Marketing ontwikkeld heeft met succes worden geïmplementeerd. Bovendien ontwikkel je een Brand Activation kalender die zal leiden tot meer registraties en awareness in alle steden. Hoe? Dat laten we aan jou over want jij bent de expert! Zo bereik je jouw doel - Jij geeft leiding aan de vier Brand Activation Marketeers in de verschillende landen en zorgt ervoor dat zij het maximale uit zichzelf en uit de potentie van hun steden halen; - Als gevolg van de door jouw uitgedachte Brand Activation strategy, nauwgezette uitvoering en ideeën zit zometeen iedereen op die iconische fiets met blauwe band! - Jij zet de Brand Activation planning op, analyseert en rapporteert de resultaten wekelijks met jouw manager; - Jouw Swapfiets Missie zal zijn, om samen met jouw team, de globale merk strategie, projecten en campagne
Dit is wie je bent
You will be in charge of our Brand Activation Marketeers in Belgium, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands and head-up 2 performance marketeers at HQ. You will lead this team of 6 to get the best out of them, build the Swapfiets brand and to unlock the growth potential of Swapfiets. Together you translate the brand strategy and campaigns designed by our Brand Marketing team, into local successes.
- You are a proven manager and a leader for your team. By coaching and setting a good example you bring your peers to the next level;
- You have 6-10 years of experience in marketing, activation & a solid understanding of online marketing;
- You have the ability to multitask, be detailed oriented while meeting tight deadlines under pressure;
- You are able to perform under pressure and ambiguity;
- You will be responsible for analysing and adjusting the different channels and propositions;
- You are comfortable taking the lead in world wide implementations in the field of brand and revenue growth initiatives;
- You can bridge the cultural differences in teams & in external communication;
- Your communication skills are on top of the rock, meaning you have a lot of experience with stakeholder management;
- Comfortable working in flexible working hours and frequent travelling;
- You are flexible. Like a captain at sea, you know how to handle sudden changes, but always keep an eye on the destination.
