Als office manager zorg jij ervoor dat iedereen op kantoor zijn werk kan doen, je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en beheert dan ook de algemene mail en telefoon. Uiteraard zijn er de typische office management taken zoals de contacten onderhouden met de eigenaar van het gebouw, het schoonmaakbedrijf en overige leveranciers, de postafhandeling, zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigdheden aanwezig zijn op kantoor, notuleren tijdens meetings en zul je de algemene administratie bijhouden. Als office manager kan het daarnaast zijn dat je ondersteunde productionele taken uitvoert op de verschillende producties. Oversite over all production and office schedules, as well as all production schedules coordinating visitor itineraries with out time. Ensure MD and NBD are in the right place at the right time. Coordinate foreign travel arrangements, and help build production approaches and presentation documents. Help with production needs, uploads, edits, file conversions and help build and adapt various online materials. Look after all visiting guests and ensure they are taken care of and provided for. Liaise with London on visiting colleagues and shared materials. Ensure all office supplies are maintained, performing administrative duties to the running of the office building, as well as all maninting contracts with suppliers, payroll, and other amenities.
