TicketSwap zoekt Full-time Customer Aftercare (Dutch speaking)
TicketSwap has grown enormously in the past ten years. TicketSwap now has more than 10 million registered users throughout the world. Our goal is to make buying and selling second-hand tickets safe, fair and easy.
We have come a long way ensuring the validity and safety of tickets. We use our very own SecureSwap technology for partners and also have a comprehensive system that monitors users and tickets. However good a system is, there will always be unforeseen things that go wrong. Perhaps the wrong ticket was used or the door staff made a mistake scanning the ticket? Anything may have happened! Helping our customers solve these problems is something we value a lot and it’s crucial to build trust and loyalty amongst our customers.

About the job
- Investigate issues with tickets bought through our platform;
- Monitoring disputes between buyers and sellers, analysing their input, and mediating between them to offer the best solution for all parties;
- Monitor the overall quality of work based on data and customer surveys;
- Deliver ideas that improve the user experience and flow;
- Process feedback on problematic tickets;
- Delivering happiness & fair solutions! 🙌
Dit is wie je bent
Being customer friendly is your second nature and you are diplomatic with a sense of justice. You also possess the following qualities and competences:
- Exceptional proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Fluency in additional languages is a significant advantage;
- You are located in or near Amsterdam;
- You are curious and analytical, and have the confidence to make tough decisions when necessary;
- You love to meet or exceed your goals with a strong work ethic that propels you to succeed;
- You are passionate about the event industry and willing to learn more;
- You like a fast-paced, dynamic working environment;
- You are (or will be on short notice) available full-time;
- Customer service experience is an advantage;
- You enjoy Friday after-work drinks, get excited over a game of boules or throw an amazing pizza party🙌
