However, we are still not even close to being done. Today, less than 5% of hair and beauty is booked online - that’s tiny. About the job

As the Brussels Sales Consultant, you will be taking ownership of your own region, driving the business forward through a consultative sales approach. Generating your own leads by cold calling and giving remotely demo’s via screen sharing to explain our proposition, you will use your market knowledge to ask the right questions and use these answers to guide your pitch. This role is key in growing our salon portfolio and you will be comfortable convincing partners remotely by phone and via our demo tool from our Amsterdam office. You will be confident in delivering a professional consultative and friendly approach to our partners, ensuring Treatwell is their preferred and trusted brand. You will be...

  • Researching and seeking new business opportunities, you will mainly be cold calling and every few weeks driving to Brussels and to do face to face approaching perspective salons in a consultative way
  • Utilising the data and insights we provide, and making informed decisions on areas and postal codes to concentrate on
  • Weekly sales sessions with the Head of Sales and fellow team members in Sales on how to drive growth
  • Provide demo meetings to pitch Treatwell and highlight the value of a partnership with us and what our business can offer them
Dit is wie je bent

Experience and Skills required..

  • A minimum of 2 experience in cold calling and/or field sales
  • Highly engaging, with strengths in gaining trust and building rapport quickly.
  • Commercially minded with a strong winners mentality
  • Strong work ethic and highly organised
  • Fluent in both French and English (oral and written). Dutch would be big plus
  • Experience or interest in e-commerce is a plus
