Description The Reception team is an important department at W+K Amsterdam, as they are the first faces and impressions that guests have of the agency. In addition to working at reception, whoever fills this role will also be assisting with a variety of office management tasks.

You'll do great in this role if you are a people person, have a fun-loving character and appreciate being in a creative space. As you'd be meeting and welcoming a number of people daily, it also helps if you are confident and polite. Our main language of work is English, therefore a good speaking level of English is a requirement for this role. A great deal of flexibility is also needed for this role, as it is on-call and hours tend to be from 4-7pm (with possible extensions past 7pm).
